Where do I start?

Open the Console at app.carrier.llc. Product and integration answers live in Docs at carrier.llc/docs. The chat widget is for support. Account, subscriber, or invoice questions need a signed-in Console session — public chat cannot see your fleet.

How do I reach a person?

Use the chat on carrier.llc, or email support@carrier.llc. Signed-in Console users have Help & Support in the sidebar, which opens the same chat already identified as you. Security reports go to security@carrier.llc, never the widget.

I cannot sign in to the Console

Console auth is Clerk at app.carrier.llc. Use the email on the organization. If you are stuck on a redirect loop, clear site data for app.carrier.llc and clerk.carrier.llc, then retry. Account-specific lockouts escalate to a person.
